However, It makes me wonder what was so bad that would force them both to quit? A coverup? but not enough for Nichols to quit who was Ross' old partner and his friend?

And if it is Ross please don't let it be Liz as the ME on call.

Though I don't care for the short hair cut I love seeing Bobby bundled up this way. Can you not just imagine him coming home to you dressed like this all frosty and needing to be warmed up. Imagine the fun of unwrapping him like a Christmas present and warming him up.
